The 21st Phuket International Rugby 10s tournament features both men and women teams, and due to their increased popularity, this year, up to eight women’s teams from Asia to South Africa will be competing.
This event is becoming a popular Phuket annual tradition, and it also supports the Asia Center Foundation Scholarship Program, which helps to provide safe housing for abused and underprivileged children.
On Saturday, although the action on the pitch has concluded, the entertainment doesn’t stop as the famous Tour Virgin Beauty Pageant will be held. For those interested in the event, you’re advised to book early to avoid missing out!

Surf's up in June! Patong Beach is the place to be, where everyone is guaranteed a good seat.
The competition is open to all comers with no age restrictions, so convince three of your friends who can ride a short-board and join in the fun. Submit your entry by 24th May to make sure you reserve a spot for your team of four. Plus, there will be a beach party with live music once surfing is done for the day. The event is scheduled from 31st May with the surfing competition taking place on the 1st and 2nd of June.

Have you ever attended a swim meet, or better yet, competed in one? Try checking out the swim league on 1st June. The meets are held in the 50-meter, Olympic-sized pool of Thanyapura Health and Sports Resort. This year, the meets will be open to teams from Phuket and surrounding areas. Three sessions are available on the day of the meet, beginning from 8 am. The entry fee for the meet is 400 THB per swimmer, while water and fruit are available to all swimmers during the event.
